Online Foreclosure Database
Our subscribers have access to a comprehensive database of all Boulder-Denver Metro foreclosure filings since 2003. Summit County foreclosures start with 2006. Pueblo County foreclosures start with 2007. Pitkin County foreclosures start with 2011. Fremont and Garfield County foreclosures start with 2012. Routt County foreclosures start with 2014. And several records were filed even before 2003. Through October 2014, the foreclosure database has more than 280,000 records!
Subscribers can search the database on many popular fields, copy several full records at a time in spreadsheet format, and view and print specific property data.
The database can be accessed through our legacy database website, www.QuickPropertyData.com or through www.Renav.com. Click here to view an example (printable) page of specific property info from our legacy database. The underlying data for both QuickPropertyData.com and Renav.com is exactly the same. The only differences are the user interface and the vast number of enhanced tools avaialable on Renav.com.
